Better Black People

A comment to an AP article about reverse migration of African Americans back to the South, from the aptly named Rhett's Wife:

Mr. Haynes and his extended family, is the type of man of African ancestry that we need to see more of in New Orleans. Perhaps, just perhaps, the delinquents roaming the streets of New Orleans would be reduced in number. Unfortunately, the quality of life here for people of all ancestries has become highly questionable.
